Agreement
By accessing or playing Ashen Bastion, creating an account, submitting a score or using player messaging, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game or create an account. If you are not old enough to agree under the laws where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your account
- Use an email address you control and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account.
- Choose a lawful, respectful username, motto and message content. Do not impersonate others or use content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, unlawful or infringing.
- You may delete your account at any time from Account or through the external deletion page.
Fair play and Rankings
- Do not exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate client code or requests, submit fabricated runs, evade abuse controls, or interfere with the service.
- Ranking submissions may be validated, rejected, removed or flagged when they do not satisfy the game’s server-side checks or fair-play rules.
- We may limit, suspend or terminate access when needed to protect players, the Rankings or the service.
Game content and virtual items
Ashen Bastion and its code, art, music, writing, interface and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The game grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to play it for its intended purpose.
Crystals, equipment, progress, scores, crests and other virtual game items are part of the service. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside the game, and may change as the game is balanced or developed.
Availability and changes
Ashen Bastion is provided as an evolving online game. Features, balance, availability and game data can change, be paused or be removed. We aim to maintain the game carefully, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
Privacy and contact

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. Continued use after a material update means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
