Delete your account

You can permanently remove an Ashen Bastion account directly in the game’s Account page.

What deletion removes

Deleting an account removes the account identity, email, password hash, cloud save, hero progression, equipment, Crystals, saved profile, active sessions, public score entries, fortress data and player-message data stored in Ashen Bastion’s player systems. It cannot be undone.

Minimal security or moderation audit information may be retained only where needed to prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation. Local game settings or guest progress stored in your browser are not the same as a cloud account; clear browser site data separately if you also want to remove those from that device.

Delete while signed in

  1. Open Account and sign in.
  2. Open Delete account at the bottom of the security section.
  3. Enter your current password and type DELETE.
  4. Confirm the final browser prompt. Every active session is signed out.

Cannot sign in?

First try the password-recovery option on Account. If that is not possible, use Send a raven with the subject “Account deletion request” in the message and include the email address registered to the account.

For security, we may need to verify that you control the account before processing an assisted deletion request. Never send a password through the contact form.
